Tali Adir

President and Chairwoman of the RDT Group.

Tali is the President and Chairman of the RDT Group since 2016.
She established and managed an RDT subsidiary in the US. Worked as senior legal counsel and analyst in an international investment company in Eastern Europe during the fall of the Soviet bloc. She then continued to act as Vice President of the company for European investments.

Since 2001, she has served as CEO and President of the RDT Group.

Tali leads the company’s policy for growth through acquisitions, continuous improvement and investment in the company’s human capital, as well as the improvement of the technological infrastructure and services offered by the group.

She holds a B.A. from the University of Jerusalem, with honors, a J.D. degree from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, and an L.L.M. degree in commercial arbitration from London University.
She is a member of the Israeli and New York bars.

Tali invests significant resources in volunteer activities for the future of Israel’s society. Her main contribution is to children and youth at risk, who come from difficult backgrounds and she accompanies them as a mentor and counselor.

Odelia Shoshana

CFO – RDT Group

Odelia is the CFO of the RDT Group since June 2019.

Odelia began her professional career at one of the Big Four accounting firms, Deloitte Brightman Almagor, where she acquired extensive knowledge in various operating segments.

She then went on to work for Ness Technologies, where she held various professional and managerial positions, the most recent of which was the Group’s VP of Finance.

In these positions, Odelia accompanied significant activities such as Mergers and Acquisitions, creation and leadership of cross-organizational processes, etc.

Odelia has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration and has an actual accounting license.

Amir Kozlovski

CEO- RDT Equipment and Systems (1993) Ltd.

Amir has gained extensive experience in management, marketing and sales positions. In the past, he served as CEO and VP of Marketing and Sales at Fibrotex Technologies, an innovative worldwide leader manufacturer of multi-spectral signature management systems.

Amir held various executive managerial positions at Elbit Systems (NASDAQ: ESLT) and at BVR Systems, a developer and manufacturer of simulators for customers around the globe.

He served for seven years as an operational officer in the Israeli Air Force.

Amir holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and an MBA with specialization in Entrepreneurship from IDC, Israel.

Mauri Gottlieb


Mauri serves as ITEC’s CEO, and is in charge of strategic planning and managing relationships with key customers and key vendors.

Prior to joining ITEC, Mauri was CTO in a national chain of Technical Colleges. Mauri is a retired Lieutenant Colonel and served in the Israeli Air Force as manager of missile and radar systems developments projects.

Mauri has an MBA degree from Tel-Aviv University and completed his Electrical Engineering degree at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
