Israel Adir- Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Israel Adir is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RDT Group. He founded the company in 1963, and developed it into one of Israel’s leading groups involved in the development, marketing and distribution of high-tech components, systems and products.

Mr. Adir is a visionary leader in Israel’s high-tech arena. Years before the country’s high-tech boom, he was one of the first industrialists to invest in promising technology ventures. In 1989, he invested in Lanoptics (NASDAQ: LNOP), where he served as Chairman of the Board from 1990 to 1995.

A skilled manager, Mr. Adir is closely involved with the development of all the start-up companies in the group’s portfolio. His expertise in business development, human resource management, negotiation and strategy building are invaluable assets for all the companies in the group.

Mr. Adir is a member of the board of most of the group’s portfolio companies, often serving as Chairman.

Mr. Adir holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Tali Adir - President and Chief Executive Officer

Tali Adir was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the group after holding several senior positions in the RDT Group, including establishing and managing the US subsidiary of RDT Components. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Advantech Holdings (TASE: ADVT), a public investment fund focused on Israeli high-tech companies. Ms. Adir has also served as Vice President of Morgan Atlantic, a US-based international investment house.

Tali Adir’s experience includes establishing new ventures in particularly challenging environments, streamlining operations to enhance profitability of large concerns, and planning and executing dramatically successful exit strategies. As Vice President of Morgan Atlantic, she was part of a team of entrepreneurs that worked in Eastern Europe immediately after the fall of the Communist block; this group created innovative and highly profitable agricultural ventures, and partnered with local entrepreneurs to introduce branded consumer goods.

As President and CEO of the RDT Group, Tali Adir has focused on maximizing the synergies between the group’s various entities, and preparing the group for future growth. She finalized plans for the group’s new headquarters, and directed a reorganization initiative spanning all activities of RDT Management Services Ltd.

Tali Adir holds a J.D. degree from the Cardozo School of Law in New York, and an L.L.M. degree in commercial arbitration from London University. She is a member of the Israeli and New York bars.

Haim Jacob - Financial Manager

Haim Jacob has been with the RDT Group since 1982. As Financial Manager, he directs the financial aspects of the group’s relations with suppliers, customers and financial institutions. In addition, Mr. Jacob is responsible for the group’s risk management, including insurance and credit control.

Before joining the RDT Group, Mr. Jacob conducted audits for several Israeli accounting firms.

Mr. Jacob holds a B.A. degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Leon Plotkin - Information Systems Manager

Leon Plotkin has been the  Information Systems Manager of the RDT Group since 1998. His department provides computing, networking and IT services to the entire group. He has implemented cutting-edge technologies in areas such as cloud computing, virtualization, data storage and network security.

Mr. Plotkin holds a B.Sc degree in Business Management and Scientific Computers from Champlain College in Vermont, US.

Hadas Reznik - Controller, CPA

Hadas Reznik joined the RDT Group in 2009, after several years of serving as a senior auditor at "Kesselman and Kesselman" accounting and consultancy firm.In her capacity as a senior CPA, Ms. Reznik audited and managed major public accounts in various industry fields.

Ms. Reznik holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
